Making gingerbread

The recipe used here was: 2 dl sugar, 1.5 dl dark sugar syrup, 1 ts ground ginger, 3 ts ground cinnamon, 1 ts ground cloves,1 ts ground cardamom, 1 ts baking soda, 150 g butter, 1 egg and 500 g wheat flour
